Navi 1 vs Navi 2

Sweet, there's a Costumery tag now :3

Anyway... I was getting ready to start creating my Navi cosplay, when I recalled a comment saying it sort of looked out of place in the land of Zelda. Looking back at it, I decided to do a little redesign. I looked a little more at other Zelda characters, rather than just Navi herself, and came up with that second design.

Anyway... now I don't know which design I like best. To be completely honest, my Link will probably be my deciding factor. But I want all the input I can get before I make a decision :3

Or, and here's the more likely result - I'll end up combining the two designs. I really like the skirt in the first one, but I do think that the top half should be more tunic like.

I don't know. Your thoughts?
